利用低能离子束介导法将大豆 DNA导入小麦种子胚中 ,通过复性电泳技术分析了受体小麦幼苗叶片中蛋白水解酶的变化 ,结果表明 :(1)离子束介导大豆 DNA片段的小麦幼苗叶片中的蛋白水解酶酶谱有明显变化 ,出现 45和 2 80 k D两条新的酶带 ;(2 )小麦幼苗叶片中 45和 2 0 5 k D蛋白水解酶的活性受环境影响较大 ;(3) 68和 72k D两条酶带在各处理的不同 p H条件下均具较强活性 ;(4 )不同 p H条件下蛋白水解酶酶谱变化明显
Soybean DNA was introduced into wheat seed embryos by low energy ion beam mediated method. The changes of proteolytic enzymes in leaves of recipient wheat seedlings were analyzed by means of polyacrylamide electrophoresis. The results showed that: (1) There were obvious changes in the proteolytic enzyme zymogram in seedling leaves with two new bands of 45 and 280 kD; (2) The activities of 45 and 20 05 kD proteolytic enzymes in wheat seedling leaves were significantly affected by the environment (3) The two bands of 68 and 72k D were highly active under different pH conditions of each treatment; (4) The changes of proteolytic enzyme zymograms under different p H were obvious
