在人们生活水平不断提高的今天,私家车的数量也在迅速的增长,随之而来的交通事故也层出不穷,给公民人身财产安全、社会公共秩序造成极大的危害,因此,追究交通肇事逃逸和酒后驾车肇事的法律责任,成为降低交通事故发生率的必要手段。本文通过简要分析交通肇事逃逸和酒后驾车肇事,指出完善交通肇事逃逸和酒后驾车肇事行为的法律法规,以期能够预防和减少交通事故的发生,确保社会的持续健康发展。
