当2006年新年钟声敲响的时候,IPTV也会从概念启动进入实际的试商用阶段。不论是中国电信还是中国网通,都将IPTV列入新一年度宽带应用项目的重中之重, 在网络升级、业务集成、产业链合作、队伍培训及市场启动和拓展等方面抹兵厉马,只待战幕的拉开。但是广电部门的数字电视也要在2006年实现有线电视用户的大规模平移,而且在技术、网络、体制上加快了改革和建设的步伐;在IPTV的政策壁垒上大做文章。两者在市场上的碰撞势不可免,电信运营商渴望的IPTV在与数字电视的对峙中胜算几何,值得研究和探讨。
