本文以COP1838型液压凿岩机为例,介绍液压凿岩机蓄能器结构、作用,分析了液压凿岩机蓄能器故障的原因,提出了蓄能器故障的判断、排除方法,从而为液压凿岩机操作、维修人员提供帮助。1.蓄能器结构液压凿岩机均装有蓄能器,COP1838型液压凿岩机装有3个蓄能器,分别为缓冲蓄能器1、进油蓄能器2、回油蓄能器3。各蓄能器位置如图1所示。该型液压凿岩机配置3个蓄能器,可提高液压凿岩机工作的可靠性。当某个蓄能器出现故障时,其他2个蓄能器可替代工作,使液压
This paper takes COP1838 hydraulic rock drill as an example to introduce the structure and function of hydraulic rock drill accumulator, analyzes the reason of hydraulic rock drill accumulator fault, puts forward the judgment and exclusion method of accumulator fault, provide help. 1. Accumulator structure Hydraulic rock drill are equipped with accumulator, COP1838 hydraulic rock drill equipped with three accumulators, respectively, buffer accumulator 1, into the accumulator 2, back to the accumulator 3. The accumulator position shown in Figure 1. The type of hydraulic rock drill equipped with three accumulators to improve the reliability of hydraulic rock drill work. When one of the accumulators fails, the other two accumulators can work instead of hydraulic
