VSAT通信系统以其设备简单、建设速度快、建站及通信费用低、组网灵活、多址接入、数据传输速率高、系统稳定可靠、综合通信能力强等特点获得迅速发展。移动指挥系统是功能综合的信息化平台,具有数据传输量大、实时性要求高、事件响应快速等特点,为此通信系统构建是关键。阐述了利用现有的卫星通信技术和Vipersat卫星通信系统来实现上海电力应急抢修移动指挥系统的解决方案,分析了使用Vipersat卫星通信系统的优势和它的功能及性能,以及该系统的组成和应急通信应用情况。
The VSAT communication system has been rapidly developed due to its simple equipment, fast construction speed, low establishment and communication costs, flexible networking, multiple access, high data transmission rate, stable and reliable system and comprehensive communication capability. Mobile command system is a functional integrated information platform, with the characteristics of large data transmission, high real-time requirement and fast response to events.
