这里讲的教师指导模式是指教师在一定的教育思想指导下,为实现教育目标而建立起来的比较稳定的教学操作程序及教学结构。从系统论观点分析,教育活动本身构成了一个子系统,这一子系统的主要客体有两个:教师和幼儿群体。在研究教师指导模式时,既要研究教师的教,又要研究幼儿的学,还要研究教与学任务完成的方法途径及教师(个人)与幼儿(群体)之间的关系、交往方式、相互影响等诸方面的问题。
