简单介绍在塑性有限元方法中引入成形过程材料体积不变条件方法的基础上,针对目前塑性有限元模拟软件中存在的材料体积损失的问题,研究了影响体积损失的因素及其关系,给出了减少体积损失的措施.提出了一种解决体积损失问题的补偿方法,该方法在每一很小的时间增量模拟步内进行随时补偿.这种补偿不会影响工件的变形流动模式.但在每个模拟步内实现了工件体积不变.提高了流动模拟结果的可信度.
Based on the introduction of the method of invariable material volume during the forming process in the plastic finite element method, aiming at the problem of material volume loss existing in the plastic finite element simulation software, the factors affecting the volume loss and their relations are studied. A measure to reduce the volume loss is proposed, and a compensation method to solve the problem of volume loss is proposed, which compensates at any very small time increment simulation step, and this compensation will not affect the deformation flow pattern of the workpiece. In each simulation step to achieve the same volume of the workpiece to improve the credibility of the flow simulation results.
