提高喷煤水平是降低焦比及生产成本的重要措施。龙钢在提高喷煤比的实践中,随着高炉喷煤量的日益提高,出现煤粉燃烧率下降、增加烟煤配比后安全性及炉内透气性恶化等问题。本文针对龙钢高炉喷煤的实际情况和存在问题,采用理论分析、试验研究及实际生产相结合的方法,找出提高龙钢高炉喷煤量的具体措施。
Increasing the coal injection level is an important measure to reduce the coke ratio and the production cost. In the practice of improving the PCI rate, with the increasing amount of coal injected into the blast furnace, the problems of the decrease of the pulverized coal combustion rate, the increase of the safety of the ratio of bituminous coal and the deterioration of the gas permeability in the furnace have emerged. In this paper, according to the actual situation and existing problems of pulverized coal injection in Longgang BF, this paper uses the method of theoretical analysis, experimental study and actual production to find out the specific measures to improve the coal injection volume of Longgang blast furnace.
