20年前,在改革开放的关键时刻,邓小平同志发表了南方谈话,以巨大的理论勇气,对一系列关系党和国家命运的重大问题作了精辟论述,明确回答了困扰和束缚人们思想的许多重大问题,从此之后,中国的改革开放进程不可逆转,中国的现代化建设进入快行道。20年过去了,改革思想已深入人心,经济、社会等各方面取得了飞速发展,但与此同时,中国改革进入深水区,改革开放的广度和深度以及内外环境都发生了巨大变化,进一步深化改革面临着重重困难和阻力。值此南方谈话发表20周年之际,为进一步学习领会南方谈话精神,深化改革,推动科学发展,促进社会和谐,全面推进中国特色社会主义事业和中华民族的伟大复兴,南京大学于2月23日召开了题为“以改革推动科学发展”的学术座谈会,江苏理论界的多位知名专家学者出席了会议。与会学者认为,当前学习和重温南方谈话精神是要从中汲取智慧,更好地研究和解决发展和前进道路上遇到的实际问题;与会学者还就当前改革发展中所遇到的经济、政治等问题谈了各自的看法。与会学者关于经济和政治改革的观点见仁见智,本刊精选并刊发部分与会学者的发言,是希望能以此推动相关问题的深入研究。 Twenty years ago, at the crucial moment of reform and opening up, Comrade Deng Xiaoping made a speech in the South and gave a brilliant theoretical courage to elaborating on a series of major issues concerning the fate of the party and the country. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the publication of the southern talks, in order to further study and understand the spirit of the southern talks, deepen reforms, promote scientific development, promote social harmony, and comprehensively promote the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, A symposium titled “Promoting Scientific Development through Reform” was held. A number of well-known experts and scholars attended the conference.
