“说说中国男篮有哪些球星?”“行!”一球迷不假思索地报出来:“王立彬、孙凤武、张勇军、宋涛、李亚光、……”“还有呢?”“还有……”这球迷摸着后脑勺一时想不起来了。“还有黄云龙是不是?”“对,对,黄云龙!他那跟进补篮、小角度投篮、快速进攻简直盖了帽了!”球迷兴奋地叫起来。这是笔者和一个球迷对话实录。实际上,你向中国许多球迷提这个问题,都会得到大同小异的回答——多年来,黄云龙的名气总在第二线;但在实战中,他又总是搏杀在第一线。中国男篮1982年2月建队以来,如计算出场率,他又可排进前五名。有趣的是,1985、1986年,中国篮球协会两次评选五人最佳阵容,黄云龙都入选,很能说明他在专家们心目中的地位。
