长期以来,我们在选拔任用干部工作中通过民主推荐、政绩考核等形式解决了一些在选人用人上的问题。但从总体上看,还存在着透明度不高、群众参与不够、人为因素较大等问题,这给一些腐败分子利用职务之便卖官鬻爵、贪污腐化、败坏党风钻了空子;也使一些自律、慎独意识差的党员干部放松了对自我的要求。
