果园行间深翻同时结合施肥,对根系环境有良好的综合影响,最终保证产量的提高。深翻的后效作用可保持20年以上。但至今尚未研究这些因子对土壤微生物活动的影响。同时,如许多作者所指出的,微生物的研究不仅能帮助揭示土壤耕作过程,而且可为施肥制度奠定理论基础,阐明个别措施的前途。本试验的目的是研究深翻并施入不同量和配合比例的有机、无机肥料,对果园剖面土壤微生物活性的影响。
