Soil respiration is one of the main ways that plant fixed carbon enters the atmosphere from terrestrial ecosystems. Litter decomposition is an important part of the nutrient cycle. More than 90% of terrestrial plants can form symbiotic relationship with mycorrhizal fungi, and mycorrhizal fungi play an important role in plants getting nutrients from the environment. However, their effects on soil respiration and litter decomposition are often overlooked in the response of ecosystems to environmental changes. This article systematically reviewed the relevant research progress at home and abroad, on the mycorrhizal fungi how to affect the soil respiration and litter decomposition of these two processes and how the impact of environmental changes by the constraints made a comprehensive analysis, and the existence of the previous study Problems and future research directions put forward prospects.
