新生代农民工已成为产业工人阶级的主体,其就业问题已成为国家发展大局中的紧迫问题。由于具有不同于传统农民工的新特征和新诉求,新生代农民工面临的问题又有其特殊性。采取双向导流为主最终合二为一的方案才是解决这一问题的根本路径,即农村(农民)城市(市民)→居民的路径。
The new generation of migrant workers has become the mainstay of the industrial working class, and its employment problem has become an urgent issue in the overall national development. Because of the new features and new demands different from the traditional migrant workers, the problems faced by the new generation of migrant workers have their own particularities. The ultimate solution to this problem is to adopt a two-way diversion-oriented program that ultimately combines into one, namely, the path from rural areas (peasants) to cities (citizens) to residents.
