目的:探讨桐乡市第三人民医院儿科医患沟通的情况,促进儿科服务质量的进一步提高。方法:采用调查表方式对该院2 950例患儿及家长进行调查,并进行统计学分析。结果:该院儿科服务质量得到了患儿及家长的认可,满意度逐年提高。结论:通过这次儿科医师医患沟通的调查及探讨,促进该院儿科服务质量的进一步提高,满意度进一步提高。
Objective: To discuss the situation of pediatric doctor-patient communication in the Third People’s Hospital of Tongxiang City and to promote the further improvement of pediatric service quality. Methods: A questionnaire was used to survey 2 950 children and their parents in the hospital and to conduct statistical analysis. Results: The hospital pediatric service quality has been recognized by children and parents, satisfaction increased year by year. Conclusion: Through the investigation and discussion of the pediatric physician-patient communication, the pediatric service quality of the hospital is further improved and the satisfaction is further improved.
