以空间啮合理论为基础,精确推导了包络面的数学模型,提出以矩阵为实体造型提供数据来源的方法,实现以平面二次包络环面蜗杆为例的精确实体造型,为包络面的传递特性及其设计制造的深入研究提供一个准确的实体模型。
Based on the theory of spatial meshing, the mathematic model of enveloping surface is precisely deduced, and the method of providing data sources by using matrix as solid modeling is proposed. The precise solid modeling of planar quadratic enveloping worm is realized. The transmission characteristics and its design and manufacture of in-depth study provide an accurate model of the entity.
