我们江铃底盘股份有限公司于2002年6月底进行改制。在新形势下,我们始终坚持以人为本,紧密结合企业实际,以企业思想政治工作的不断创新贯彻落实“三贴近”原则,充分调动了干部职工的生产积极性和创造性,为企业改制和持续发展奠定了坚实的基础。
We Jiangling Chassis Co., Ltd. in the end of June 2002 restructuring. In the new situation, we always adhere to the principle of putting people first, and closely integrating with the reality of our enterprise. With the continuous innovation in ideological and political work of enterprises, we have implemented the principle of “three closerness” and fully mobilized the enthusiasm and creativity of cadres and staff in the production and laid the foundation for the restructuring and sustainable development of enterprises solid foundation.
