由于社会的转型、住宅结构的变化以及信息技术发展等原因导致了商品房社区邻居关系比较陌生。这不是人们所期待的现象,满足不了人们的交往需求。我们应该建设和谐美好的邻里关系,营造适合人们交往的建筑模式和建筑环境,在信息交往与现实交往中实现邻里感情的有机融合。
Due to the social transformation, the change of residential structure and the development of information technology, the neighbors of commercial houses are unfamiliar with each other. This is not the phenomenon people expect, can not meet the needs of people’s interaction. We should build a harmonious and beautiful neighborhood, create a building mode suitable for people’s interaction and a building environment, and realize the organic integration of the neighborhood’s feelings in the exchange of information and reality.
