回顾性分析44例电影冠状动脉造影的技术质量。正常者20例,冠状动脉狭窄24例(含5 例心脏高度增大)。7例经皮穿刺冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA),5例作溶栓术。经先分组再合组对电影片质量进行评定,其质量分为Ⅰ~Ⅳ级,优良38.6%(17/44),可诊断38.6%(17/44),较差20.5%(9/44),差2.2%(1/44)。并提出了提高质量的几种方法:①合理设计造影方案;②熟悉冠状动脉解剖,准确摆体位;③导管位置、注药、移床须恰到好处;④严格冲片操作规程。
Retrospective analysis of 44 cases of film coronary angiography technical quality. 20 cases of normal, coronary artery stenosis in 24 cases (including 5 cases of heart height increased). 7 cases of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), 5 cases for thrombolysis. The quality of the films was evaluated by grouping and reassembling the films first. The quality of the films was classified as Ⅰ ~ Ⅳ, excellent 38.6% (17/44), 38.6% (17/44), and 20.5% (9/44) , Worse than 2.2% (1/44). And put forward several ways to improve the quality: ① reasonable design radiography program; ② familiar with coronary anatomy, accurate placement of the body; ③ catheter position, injection, bed should be just right; ④ strict punching procedures.
