目的了解技术服务机构在设备性能检测方面存在的问题,为提高检测能力提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,对浙江省内7家放射卫生技术服务机构检测的35台放射诊疗设备进行现场复核。结果 7家放射卫生技术服务机构复核的总体符合率为77.14%,其中三甲、三乙、二级和一级医院符合率分别为92.31%、75.00%、54.55%和100.00%。医用X射线摄片机、胃肠机、牙片机、CT机和医用直线加速器的符合率分别为71.43%、100.00%、66.67%、85.71%和100.00%。设备各项指标符合率较差的有光野与照射野四边的偏离、光野与照射野中心的偏离、透视受检者入射体表空气比释动能率典型值、定位光精度、噪声和CT值。结论放射卫生技术服务机构技术水平有待提高,需加强技术服务人员的业务培训、技术指导和监督管理。
Objective To understand the problems of technical service organizations in the testing of equipment performance and provide the basis for improving the testing ability. Methods The multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to conduct on-site review of 35 radiological treatment equipment detected by 7 radiological health service agencies in Zhejiang Province. Results The overall compliance rate of the seven radiation technical service agencies was 77.14%. The compliance rates of the three hospitals were 92.31%, 75.00%, 54.55% and 100.00% respectively. The coincidence rates of medical X-ray radiography, gastrointestinal machine, dental unit, CT machine and medical linear accelerator were 71.43%, 100.00%, 66.67%, 85.71% and 100.00% respectively. The deviations of light field and radiation field, the deviation of light field from irradiation center, the typical values of air-kerma rate, the precision of positioning light, the noise and the CT value of the air-body surface penetrated by the examinee. Conclusion The technical level of technical service agencies for radiological health services needs to be improved. Business training, technical guidance, supervision and management of technical service personnel should be strengthened.
