高效课堂,是当前课堂教学、理论探究的一种新取向。然而,何为高效课堂?如何实现高效课堂?论者多数或从理念层面、或从“走出××误区”的反向层面进行解读、探讨,鲜有从教学手段的操作层面、正向地予以技术指引。高效课堂,需要教者秉持“高效”的理想,但更需要明确为何而高效,及掌握实现“高效”的教学手段,唯有如此,方可化“高效课堂”之理想为“高效课堂”之现实。高效课堂应该是最大限度地满足素质教育现实需要的课堂;实现高效课堂的基本操作手段应是在“满足素质教育现实需要”这一理念下,传统课堂教学手段与现代教学手段的有机融合,是听、说、读、写、情境与案例合理而高效的统一。
