自我国几个不同地区分离到37株棉花枯萎病镰刀菌(Fusarium oxy-sporum f.sp.vasin fectum)。用切割菌丝尖端和单孢分离的方法分析了它们的异核现象。其中12株在培养性状如菌落形态,色素产生和孢子形成等特性上有分化。经纯化后得到三种不同类型的稳定菌株,Ⅰ型菌落平贴培养基上,有深红或紫红色,产生大量分生孢子;Ⅱ型菌丝茂盛,有粉红色,产生孢子;Ⅲ型菌丝茂盛,无色素和产生极少分生孢子。这三种类型在各地区的分布,核型比例和致病力上都有差异。经多次转管测定和沙土管保存各菌的核性状基本稳定。同时本实验对各菌株的不同结构中细胞核的数目做了调查。本实验结果说明在某些地区棉田中枯萎病镰刀菌是以异核体状态存在并侵入棉株的。
Thirty-seven Fusarium oxy-sporum f. Sp. Vasin fectum strains were isolated from several different areas in China. Their heterochromatism was analyzed by the method of cutting the tip of the hypha and separating from the single spore. Twelve of them were differentiated in culture traits such as colony morphology, pigment production and sporulation. After the purification, three different types of stable strains were obtained. Type I colonies were attached to the medium with dark red or purplish red color to produce a large number of conidia. Type II mycelium was lush and pink with spores. Type III Fleshy, pigmented and rarely conidial. The three types of distribution in various regions, the proportion of karyotype and pathogenicity are different. After repeated pipette determination and sand soil tube preservation of the nuclear characteristics of the basic stability. At the same time, this experiment investigated the number of nuclei in different structures of each strain. The experimental results show that in some areas of Fusarium infection Fusarium heterokaryon state exists and invade cotton plants.
