零部件在随机载荷下的疲劳寿命预估,是当前工程界所关注的问题。零部件的响应——随机信号,它的统计特征和材料的抗随机疲劳的准则的选用,是寿命预估的关键所在之一。本文以一种新的等效损伤方法,在三轮货车的零部件上进行了寿命预估,同时还采用了不同计数域的计数方法的寿命预估,对比之下,说明了等效损伤法是随机疲劳的寿命预估中的一种可取的方法,文中简述了等效损伤的原理。
The estimation of fatigue life of components under random loads is a concern of the engineering community. The response of components - the random signal, its statistical characteristics, and the selection of material’s anti-random fatigue criteria, are one of the keys to life prediction. In this paper, a new equivalent damage method is used to predict the life of three-wheeled truck parts. At the same time, the lifetime estimation of counting methods with different count fields is used. In contrast, the equivalent damage method is described. It is a desirable method for predicting the fatigue life of random fatigue. The principle of equivalent damage is briefly described in this paper.
