为建立马氏珠母贝 (Pinctada martensii) 珍珠囊体外培育和插囊育珠技术 ,一用 0 .3%胰蛋白酶消化液在p H值 7.2~ 7.4和温度 2 5℃条件下对马氏珠母贝外套膜组织进行解离 ,收集消化 15 m in的细胞悬液于珠核上培养珍珠囊 ;二直接用外套膜组织块在珠核上形成珍珠囊。方法一所产生的珍珠囊未培育出珍珠 ;方法二所产生的珍珠囊培育出少量的珍珠。为促进细胞在珠核上的粘附和珍珠囊的形成 ,研究了各种贴壁因子的作用 ;其中多聚赖氨酸和 SM物质能明显促进珍珠囊形成
In order to establish an in vitro culture and inoculation technique of pearl sac of Pinctada martensii, a 0.3% trypsin digestion solution was incubated at pH 7.2-7.4 and temperature of 25 ℃. Female mantle mantle tissue dissociation, collection and digestion of 15 m in cell suspension on the pearl kernel cultured pearl sac; two direct use of mantle tissue block in the pearl nucleus to form pearl sac. The pearl capsule produced by the method one did not produce pearl; the pearl capsule produced by the method two cultivated a small amount of pearl.
