用拜耳法生产氧化铝,铝酸钠溶液是从铝土矿析出氢氧化铝的介质。本文以氧化铝生产中氢氧化铝溶液分解反应为主,并参考过去一些实验,对铝酸钠溶液的特性进行了研究。溶液的特性包括粘度、导电率、比重、蒸汽压等。根据这些特性认为,在铝酸钠溶液中存在着铝酸离子,这种离子的迁移率小,而且由于和氢的键合,使离子之间以及和水分子之间的作用明显;此外,由于浓度增加,离子有络合的可能性。
Alumina is produced by Bayer process, a solution of aluminum hydroxide precipitated from bauxite. In this paper, aluminum hydroxide solution in the decomposition of the main reaction, and with reference to past experiments, the properties of sodium aluminate solution were studied. Solution characteristics include viscosity, conductivity, specific gravity, vapor pressure and the like. According to these characteristics, it is considered that aluminate ions are present in the sodium aluminate solution, and the mobility of such ions is small. Moreover, due to the bonding with hydrogen, the interaction between ions and water molecules becomes obvious. In addition, Concentration increases, the possibility of complex ions.
