针对流域水量调度中来水和用水随机性特点,将自适应控制理论引入流域水量调度,建立了黄河流域水量调度模型,提出了自适应轨迹跟踪水量调度方法.水量调度控制目标是在整个调度期,各用水单位的用水比例始终逼近既定的分水指标.系统控制参数通过约束条件实现,可调系统参数通过水量平衡模型、水库自调节模型和水量分配模型确定.模型计算表明,水量调度自适应模型能够控制分水过程,使分水比例始终逼近既定的指标.
