为了研究在H型钢轧制过程中轧辊的受力与变形以及变形对轧件轧制的影响,本文以莱钢大型H型钢生产线HN900×300的开坯轧制为例,在有限元软件ABAQUS平台上基于弹性轧辊建立三维热力耦合有限元模型,并考虑了扭矩的单侧输入。根据仿真结果,本文重点分析了轧辊的应力规律和弹性变形。最后将轧辊受到的接触反力与生产规程上的轧制力进行对比,验证了该分析的可行性及有效性,为进一步研究H型钢连轧工艺提供参考。
In order to study the influence of the force and deformation of the roll during the H-beam rolling process and the effect of the deformation on the rolling of the workpiece, this paper takes the blooming and rolling of the HN900 × 300 large-scale H-section steel production line in Laiwu Steel as an example. In the finite element software ABAQUS On the basis of the elastic roll, a three-dimensional thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model was established and the unilateral input of torque was considered. According to the simulation results, this paper focuses on the roll of the stress law and elastic deformation. Finally, the contact force of the roller is compared with the rolling force in the production rules, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the analysis, which provides a reference for further research on the H-beam continuous rolling process.
