审美学在现代牙修复学中,越来越重要。由于美的需要而经常促使病人寻求牙科治疗。然而,审美往往带有极大的主观性,常受文化、种族、个人偏爱的左右。口腔修复时,为了在美学上获得最佳效果,作者从(1)微笑型,(2)上颌切牙曲线和下唇平行论,(3)和下唇接触有关的切牙曲线的位置,(4)微笑时露牙的数目几方面详细阐述,并提出一些指标,作为前牙修复或审美学的参考。材料和方法选择454名牙科和牙科保健学生露齿微笑时的正面像,进行有关美的微笑时的牙齿及面部特征的比较分析。其中男性207人,女性247人,年龄20～30岁。用视觉作比较分
Aesthetics is more and more important in modern dental rehabilitation. Patients often seek dental treatment because of the need of beauty. However, the aesthetic often has a great subjectivity, often subject to culture, race, individual preference. In order to obtain the best esthetic result, the author from (1) smile type, (2) maxillary incisor curve and lower lip parallelism, (3) position of the incisor curve related to the lower lip contact, 4) The number of exposed teeth in a smile is elaborated in several aspects, and some indicators are proposed as a reference for anterior teeth repair or aesthetic examination. MATERIALS AND METHODS A front view of 454 dental and dental health students showing their teeth smoother was used to conduct a comparative analysis of the teeth and facial features of the smiles of the United States. Including 207 males, 247 females, aged 20 to 30 years old. Use visual comparison points
