在中小学班级日常管理中,经常会不可避免地遭遇突发事件。事出突然、始料未及,事情往往显得纷繁复杂、多种多样,但它们一般大都具有偶然性与突发性、经常性与客观性、可知性与可能性。如何妥善处理班级突发事件,关系到一个班级的健康发展,也反映出教师的管理能力和处理事件艺术。只有掌握正确的中小学班级突发事件的处理原则,教会学生和谐相处、完善心理健康教育、倡导正确的施教方式,才能有效化解危机。
In the daily management of primary and secondary classes, often inevitably encounter unexpected events.
