本实验用硝酸、过氧化氢湿法消解样品,使用国产WFX—2型原子吸收光谱仪测定了蚂蚁体内铜、锌、锰、铁四种元素的含量。实验部分一、仪器、试剂 WFX—2型双光束原子吸收分光光度计(贵阳新天精密光学仪器公司制品)。 XWF—104台式自动平衡记录仪。 KY—1铜、锌、锰、铁空心阴极灯(上海) TG—332A微量天平(分度值0.01mg) 1g/L的铜、锌、锰、铁储备液,均为分析纯试剂制备。硝酸:优级。过氧化氢:优级。二、材料、测定方法。 1.仪器工作条件(表1)
In this experiment, samples were digested with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide, and the contents of copper, zinc, manganese, and iron in the ants were determined using a domestic WFX-2 atomic absorption spectrometer.
