培养小学生的自觉遵守纪律的好习惯是每个教师和家长不断努力追求的目标。小学阶段,课程标准中对学生知识能力的要求相对低,而且学生之间智力和能力等先天因素的差距也很小。但是现实生活中我们会发现学生之间学习成绩和思想品德的差距却很大,特别是到了小学高年级更加的明显。甚至有些小学生出现了厌学的情绪。经过调查研究我发现,造成学生之间差距的重要原因之一就是纪律。纪律包括他律和自律。小学是人生的基础,是培养良好习惯的关键时期,也应该是属于孩子的快乐时光。因此我们培养小学生自觉遵守纪律,使得纪律成为他们内心的自我准则和对外界的企盼。
The good habit of cultivating pupils’ self-discipline and discipline is the goal that each teacher and parent constantly strive to pursue. In the primary school stage, the curriculum standard has a relatively low requirement on students’ knowledge and ability, and the gap between innate factors such as intelligence and ability among students is also small. However, in real life, we find that there is a big gap between students’ academic performance and ideological and moral qualities, especially when they reach the upper primary level. Even some primary school students appear tired of emotions. After investigation and study I found that one of the important reasons for the gap between students is discipline. Discipline includes discipline and discipline. Primary school is the foundation of life, it is a crucial period for cultivating good habits, and it should also be a happy time for children. Therefore, we cultivate pupils to conscientiously abide by the discipline, making discipline the self-discipline of their hearts and the expectation to the outside world.
