作者曾将不同种缓发型和中发型新城疫(ND)病毒株制成油佐剂活疫苗,其免疫效果明显优于同种病毒株所制备的水性疫苗和佐剂灭活疫苗。在本研究中,作者进一步观察了油佐剂活疫苗对1日龄烤焙用小鸡的免疫效果。
The authors have made different types of slow-onset and mid-hair Newcastle disease (ND) strains made of oil adjuvant live vaccine, the immune effect was significantly better than the same strain of water-based vaccine and adjuvant inactivated vaccine. In this study, the authors further observed the immune effect of live oil adjuvant vaccine on broiler chickens of 1 day old.
