党建工作如何在基层扎深根,如何激发基层党建新活力,这是摆在中国石油辽宁销售阜新分公司及国有企业面前的重要课题,更是基层党建工作推进过程中亟待破解的难题.本文对近年来,阜新分公司积极探索“三个＋”（以“党建＋”为保证,抓好组织阵地建设;以“微平台＋”为支撑,抓好思想阵地建设;以“主题党日＋”为载体,抓好作用阵地建设）,助力阵地建设,激活基层党支部,让基层党建和经营销售相得益彰,在深入调研分析的基础上,形成此调研报告.
