一、工作年限分析本次调查群体的工作年限近半数是在6~10年,其次是11~20年的群体。如图1所示。在工作年限1~5年中,经理以下级别(如计划员、采购专员和供应商质量工程师、采购工程师等)所占比例最高为50%,其次是采购经理(如商品采购经理、计划经理、供应商质量经理、供应链经理等)占到了40%。从下一个阶段开始,采购经理所占比例超过了经理以下级别,在前三个年限阶段中,经理以下级别所占比例逐渐降低,采购经理所占比例逐渐增加。如图2所示。随着年限的增加,采购人员工作经验和专业知识得到了积累,职位也不断提升。
