汇流环是雷达天线座旋转部分与固定部分实现电气联接的一种新型机电元件。它要求电刷接触电阻小,稳定性好,电刷耐磨性好。传统的银电刷虽能保持稳定的接触,但产生大量磨屑,容易在电刷之间导致电源短路、信号终止等恶劣后果。差动汇流环具有体积小、重量轻的特点、环芯中要安排三百路信号、六百对电刷。目前国内汇流环用电刷是采用传统方法生产的银石墨电刷,要较大幅度地提高电刷的耐磨性是不能实现的。现采用国外较先进的石墨粉湿法表面化学涂银的新工艺,来制造高耐磨金属石墨电刷。与国内同类产品比较,磨损值仅有原来的1/10~1/12,性能达到了国外同类型电刷的标准。
