去年底,湖南省人大常委会召开全体会议,对在衡阳市十四届人大一次会议期间以贿赂手段当选的56名省人大代表依法确定无效并予以公告。笔者在称赞湖南省委省人大依法惩治选举腐败的同时,也想到一个问题,在中共中央关于改进工作作风、密切联系群众八项规定的新形势下,在十八届三中全会召开,治国理政凯歌高奏的当下,为何还会出现这样的事件?
At the end of last year, the Hunan Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee held a plenary session to invalidate 56 cases of deputies elected by bribe during the first session of the 14th NPC of Hengyang City according to the law and make an announcement. While praising Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People’s Congress for punishing corruption in accordance with the law, I also think of a problem. Under the new situation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on improving the work style and close contact with the masses, the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Political Kaige play the moment, why there will be such an event?
