This article provides an overview of research methods commonly used in the study of infant and child attachment types, and further analyzes in detail the influencing factors that affect the type of attachment study in children’s welfare institutions. It also proposes relevant suggestions and measures for testing the type of attachment orphaned babies and children in child welfare institutions.
