1 前言日本落叶松材随着材质的干燥易产生扭曲,使材质的利用受到限制。为了克服这种缺陷,人们选择材质扭曲小的单株和以纤维度为指标选择的优良材质树杂种家系的优树进行无性繁殖。以往用的扦插繁殖,发根率低,故增殖困难。笔者曾用日本落叶松单株进行了组织培养,从休眠枝的顶端摘取芽培养成小苗,在加有激素的培养基中使其形成根原基,尔后移至没有加激素的培养基中,使其发根成苗。本研究是探讨从不同树龄的母树上摘取芽培养、母树年龄与小苗生长及发根的关
1 Foreword Japanese Larch material is prone to distort with the material dry, the use of materials is limited.
