目的观察分析奥赛康注射液联合奥曲肽治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血(BEV)的临床疗效。方法 46例BEV患者,随机分为对照组(22例)和观察组(24例)。对照组单用奥曲肽治疗,观察组给予奥赛康注射液联合奥曲肽治疗。对治疗后两组的疗效、止血时间、48 h再出血率及不良反应进行对比分析。结果对照组总有效率为72.73%,观察组为95.83%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的止血时间为(30.4±1.8)h,输血量为(374.1±28.3)ml,少于对照组的(41.8±2.7)h、(582.3±36.2)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组48 h再出血率为4.17%,低于对照组的27.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.33%,对照组为9.09%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在BEV患者的治疗方面,相比于单纯使用奥曲肽治疗的方式,奥赛康注射液联合奥曲肽治疗的效果更佳,能显著提高疗效,缩短止血时间,降低再出血率,无明显的不良发应,且减少了输血量,值得推广使用。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Oxycycline combined with octreotide in the treatment of esophagogastric variceal bleeding (BEV). Methods 46 cases of BEV were randomly divided into control group (n = 22) and observation group (n = 24). The control group was treated with octreotide alone, and the observation group was given Oxycycline combined with octreotide. After treatment, the curative effect, hemostasis time, rebleeding rate and adverse reactions after 48 h were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 72.73% in the control group and 95.83% in the observation group. The bleeding time in the observation group was (30.4 ± 1.8) h and the blood transfusion volume was (374.1 ± 28.3) ml, less than the control group (41.8 ± 2.7) h, (582.3 ± 36.2) ml, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); 48h after reperfusion group was 4.17%, lower than the control group 27.27% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.33% and that in the control group was 9.09%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with BEV, compared with the simple use of octreotide treatment, Oxycycline combined with octreotide treatment is better, can significantly improve the efficacy, shorten the time to stop bleeding, reduce the rate of rebleeding, no obvious adverse reactions , And reduce the amount of blood transfusion, it is worth promoting the use of.
