数遍通读管恩臣老师的《青年数学教师如何在“两个五年”快速发展》,仿佛看到一位青年教师在教室里精气神十足、书桌旁苦读、不畏艰辛写作的情境。管老师现身说法,展示了自身的成长经历。笔者赞同管老师的观点,结合自己的成长经历,仅就研究教材谈几点感想,所用例子都来自于笔者的教学实践,供青年教师参考。现在不少教师上课不用教材,对老教师来说,说明他们对教材掌握透彻,但对新教师来说,还是有研究必要的。

I agree with the teacher’s point of view, combined with their own growth experience, just to talk about the feelings of teaching materials, the examples used are from the author’s teaching practice for young teachers reference. Nowadays, many teachers do not have to teach in class. To the old teachers, they have demonstrated that they have a thorough grasp of the teaching materials. However, for new teachers, there is still a need for research.
