介绍了机械传动与液力机械传动的特点,对比分析了推土机的3种操纵机构的优缺点。以某中型推土机为例,对单手柄操纵机构的关键部件进行了设计和选用,确定了软轴的技术参数。用Pro/E建立了单手柄操纵机构的三维模型,绘制了该操纵的机构简图。对该单手柄操纵机构的操纵行程和操作力进行了计算,并且基于试装结果,对软轴固定支架结构进行了改进,改进后软轴支架满足使用要求。单手柄变速转向机构的设计思想为以后同类产品的设计开发提供了借鉴依据。
The characteristics of mechanical transmission and hydraulic transmission are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of control mechanism of bulldozer are compared and analyzed. Taking a medium-sized bulldozer as an example, the key components of the single-lever manipulating mechanism are designed and selected, and the technical parameters of the flexible shaft are determined. With Pro / E, a three-dimensional model of a single-lever operating mechanism was established, and a schematic diagram of the operation was drawn. The manipulation stroke and the operation force of the single-lever manipulating mechanism are calculated, and the structure of the soft-axis fixing bracket is improved based on the trial loading result. The improved soft-axis bracket meets the requirements for use. Single-handle variable speed steering mechanism for the design of similar products for the future development of reference provided.
