随着机器人辅助手术的开展,机器人辅助肾盂成形术已成为手术治疗的另一选择,但是,较大样本数和长期疗效的单中心研究仍然很少,对此,德国汉堡3家医疗中心协作,对机器人辅助肾盂成形术的5年长期疗效进行了评估。资料和方法:2004年至2013年,机器人辅助肾盂成形术治疗临床和尿动力学有重要意义的肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄患者61例,按Anderson-Hyner方法由2位术者施行手术。对其变元如失血、术中和术后并发症、手术时间和肾盂输尿管连接
With the development of robotic-assisted surgery, robotic pyeloplasty has become another option for surgical treatment. However, single-center studies with large sample size and long-term efficacy are still rare. To this end, three medical centers in Hamburg, Germany, Long-term 5-year efficacy of robotic pyeloplasty was evaluated. Materials and Methods: Robotic assisted pyeloplasty was performed in 61 patients with clinically and urodynamically significant ureteropelvic junction stenosis between 2004 and 2013.
