有关放射线对血浆蛋白质影响方面的研究工作,文献已有不少报告(1——5)。曾用各种蛋白质定量方法测定,结果认为 X 射线可引起动物血浆蛋白质成分发生改变。近日亦有关用琼脂播散方法的报告,X 射线大剂量照射后,抗元性降低。作者应用了 Grabar 氏(1955年)(6、7)的免疫电泳方法,观察了大白鼠经不同剂量 X 射线全身一次照射后,血清中抗元性的变化。所得结果报导如下。研究方法我们所用的研究对象是健康雄性大白鼠,出生后用一般饲料饲养5——6个月,体重在250克左右。实验动物所受的 X 射线全身一次照射剂量有500r 及1000r 工种。在照时时将大白鼠置于含有孔隙的特殊木盒中。所用的放射线源为深部 X 光治疗机。照射条件是:巅值电
There are many reports in the literature on the effects of radiation on plasma proteins (1–5). A variety of protein quantification methods have been used to determine the effects of X-rays on plasma protein composition in animals. Recently, reports on the use of agar diffusion methods have shown that resistance to X-rays is reduced after high-dose irradiation. The authors applied Grabar’s (1955) (6, 7) immunoelectrophoresis method to observe the changes of serum resistance in rats after one-time systemic irradiation with different doses of X-rays. The results are reported below. Research Methods The research subjects we used were healthy male rats. After birth, they were fed with general feed for 5 to 6 months and weighed around 250 grams. The experimental animals received X-ray systemic irradiation doses of 500r and 1000r. The rat was placed in a special wooden box containing pores while the light was on.
