以高钒含铌冷作模具钢为研究对象,研究了回火温度对模具钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,回火后,模具钢中有纳米级的二次碳化物析出。随回火温度的升高,模具钢的抗弯强度存在一定的波动起伏,350℃回火时出现了最大值3.4 GPa;模具钢的硬度先稳定,然后呈下降趋势,当回火温度为450℃时,模具钢的硬度达到最大值64 HRC;模具钢的冲击功不断增大,当回火温度升高到650℃时,模具钢的冲击功近似线性增长到9.9 J。
Taking high vanadium niobium cold work die steel as the research object, the effect of tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of die steel was studied. The results show that after tempering, there are nano-sized secondary carbides in the die steel. With the increase of tempering temperature, the bending strength of die steel has some fluctuations. The maximum value of 3.4 GPa appears at the tempering at 350 ℃. The hardness of die steel first stabilizes and then decreases. When the tempering temperature is 450 ℃, the hardness of the die steel reaches the maximum of 64 HRC. The impact energy of the die steel increases continuously. When the tempering temperature is raised to 650 ℃, the impact energy of the die steel increases linearly to 9.9 J.
