《梦苕庵诗》是著名学者、诗人钱仲联的旧体诗集。钱仲联主张通过诗词的“声”与“色”来鉴赏诗词。从这两个方面入手，结合汉语语言学的有关理论，对《梦苕庵诗》的语言特色试作分析，以期为当代的旧体诗词创作提供借鉴。
