为了解固氮类芽孢杆菌对小麦的增产效果,对实验室分离保存的4株固氮类芽孢杆菌菌株1-18、1-33、1-43及1-49,在固氮酶活性、吲哚乙酸(IAA)分泌量及接种小麦后的增产效果进行了比较。结果表明,这4株固氮类芽孢杆菌接种小麦后,比不接种固氮菌剂的对照增产5.1%~26.9%,其中菌株1-18的增产效率最高(增产26.9%),其次是菌株1-49(增产18.7%)。相应地,这2株菌株的固氮酶活性也比其他2株菌株高,菌株1-18固氮酶活性为1 043.6nmol/(mg·h),菌株1-49为969.5nmol/(mg·h),但分泌的IAA量低于其他2个菌株,菌株1-18分泌IAA量为24.95μg/mL,菌株1-49分泌IAA量为26.34μg/mL。结果说明用于本研究的固氮芽孢杆菌在固氮酶活性、IAA分泌量及对小麦的增产效果方面存在差异。
In order to understand the effect of Bacillus alantridium on the yield of wheat, 4 strains of Bacillus a viable Azotobacter sp. Isolates from laboratory, 1-18,1-33,1-43 and 1-49, IAA secretion and wheat yield after inoculation were compared. The results showed that the four strains of Azotobacter vine gave a yield increase of 5.1% ~ 26.9% after inoculation with wheat, in which strain 1-18 had the highest yield (26.9% increase), followed by strain 1-49 (18.7% increase). Correspondingly, the two strains had higher nitrogenase activity than the other two strains, the nitrogenase activity of strain 1-18 was 1043.6nmol / (mg · h), that of strain 1-49 was 969.5nmol / (mg · h) , But the amount of IAA secreted was lower than that of the other two strains. The amount of IAA secreted by strains 1-18 was 24.95μg / mL and the amount of IAA secreted by strains 1-49 was 26.34μg / mL. The results showed that the Bacillus aureum used in this study showed differences in nitrogenase activity, IAA secretion and yield increase of wheat.
