如果国有企业只想通过绩效考核来强化人员管理,提高员工的工作积极性,增强岗位意识和责任意识,只会达到事倍功半的效果。目前,国有企业中绩效考核工作由于考核指标、内容、环节等不科学,形式化严重,不能达到绩效考核的最终目的,还会因此引发更严重的负面影响。绩效考核无法发挥出自身作用,甚至产生不利影响是由于国有企业思想政治工作缺失造成的,本文就国有企业绩效考核中存在的一些问题进行分析,探究思想政治工作在国有企业绩效考核中的作用。
If state-owned enterprises only want to strengthen personnel management through performance appraisal, improve their enthusiasm for work and enhance awareness of positions and awareness of responsibilities, they will only achieve more with less. At present, the performance appraisal in state-owned enterprises due to the evaluation index, content, links and other unscientific formal serious, can not achieve the ultimate purpose of performance appraisal, but also lead to more serious negative impact. Performance appraisal can not play its own role, even adversely affected by the lack of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises. This paper analyzes some existing problems in the performance appraisal of state-owned enterprises and explores the role of ideological and political work in the performance appraisal of state-owned enterprises.
