贲门失弛缓症是一种病因不明的食管功能性疾病,目前对其治疗主要是缓解临床症状,本文比较四种治疗贲门失弛缓症的方法即药物治疗、肉毒毒素治疗、球囊扩张以及肌切开术的疗效,用于选择治疗贲门失弛缓症的最佳方案.
