采用整体硬质合金麻花钻对碳纤维复合材料/钛合金叠层板进行钻削试验,研究不同加工工艺下碳纤维复合材料层的孔径误差、孔入口撕裂因子、孔壁表面粗糙度、孔出口烧伤以及碳纤维复合材料孔壁形貌。结果表明,啄式钻削工艺下的钛合金切屑排出更顺畅,避免钛合金切屑对孔的二次伤害。对比3种工艺,变加工参数啄式钻削工艺下的碳纤维复合材料层的孔径误差更小,孔入口处的撕裂因子趋于稳定值且小于1.05,孔壁表面粗糙度更小,孔出口没有明显烧伤。
A total solid carbide twist drill was used to drill the carbon fiber composite / titanium alloy laminate. The pore diameter error, pore entrance tear factor, pore wall surface roughness, hole outlet burn of the carbon fiber composite layer under different processing technologies were studied. As well as the carbon fiber composite pore wall morphology. The results show that the titanium alloy chips discharged by the pecking drilling process are smoother and the titanium chips avoid the secondary damage to the holes.
