The predecessor of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the International Standards Association (ISA) and the United Nations Standards Coordination Council (UNSCC). The 25th National Assembly held in London from October 14th to 26th, 1946, was named International Organization for Standardization (ISO). In the second year, in 1947, it was recognized by the standardization agencies of 15 countries in the above-mentioned countries, and it officially approved and passed the statutes and working rules of the ISO, and announced that the ISO was formally established. China is also one of the founding nations of ISO. China officially resumed its membership of the International Organization for Standardization ISO on September 1, 1978.
